28 days to go: I'll have fries with that!


As with many film releases over the years, Star Wars has had marketing tie-ins with a number of fast food kids meals. From memory it was Burger King rather than McDonalds that had the relationship with Lucasfilm, which was fine with me, as I am more of a Burger King fan. My consumption of fast-food would always go up during those campaigns in order to get all of the ‘free gifts’ that came with the meals. My favorite is a Darth Vader head that spins and reveals his human face.

  1. This made me laugh! When McDonald's did the "100 Years of Magic" tie-in with--yes!--one hundred different Disney figures, you can't imagine how fat I got that summer trying to collect them all.
