Since the reemergence of Star Wars action figures in the mid-90s there has been wave-after-wave-after-wave of new figures added to the market. Almost every character from all six movies has appeared as an action figure at some point, plus more than a few characters that weren’t in the movies, but appeared in the expanded universe books and comics. In total there have been several thousand figures released. Every year Hasbro will redesign the packaging and upgrade the figures so many characters have been released multiple times with slight variants! I have enjoyed every moment of hunting them all down.
